 Our SKYJET® SVN pigment preparations contain pigments in a state of fine dispresion that exhibit high gloss and colour strength, and offer a selection of high-performance pigment preparations for solvent based ink jet inks for outdoor wide and super-wide-format displays and graphics.
SKYJET® SVN pigments consist fine pigments predispersed in a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copoymer binder, and their small particle size and extremely narrow particle size distribution is guaranteed by our specialized high-shear manufacturing technology. This allows to achieve maximum colour strength, gloss and transparency, as well as outstanding dispersion stability. SKYJET® SVN pigments can be easily incorporated by means of dissolvers or other high-shear mixers without need for prelimiary milling.
SKYJET® SVN are solid pigment preparations containing 50% pigment in a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer carrier material.They are soluble in solvents like acetone, methyl ethyl ketone(MEK), methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK), cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, methyl acetate and n-hexyl acetate. The solubility depends on the polarity of the solvent systems: the more polar the solvent, the better the solubility.
